Mad Hatters Tea Party

 

On the 27th March 2015 it was the annual awareness day for Brain Tumour Reasearch, we felt we couldn't let this pass by without having an event and what better way than a Mad Hatters Tea Party! We held this on the 28th March.

We were lucky enough to have the Mad Hatter and Alice from the amazing party company Wish Upon A Party at our event we have worked with them before so were super excited to have them again as we know how popular they are. They entertained the children and judged our best hat competition. Everyone enjoyed them and they were the perfect addition to the day. Please click here to see what else they can offer.

We had an amazing amount of people at the tea party with over 70 children, some of who were Charlie's friends which was lovely as it was just a week until it would be Charlie's 12th birthday. There was lots of fun and dancing. We had a raffle and a best hat contest with lots of happy winners, our very talented friend Becky did some wonderful and popular face painting, we had lovely props,decorations and themed food.

Thanks to our dedicated team for all their help. Chantal your themed food was 'out of this world' thank you.

 We raised a brilliant £812.69 from this event and were all so pleased with this.
